A Short 2 Minute Relaxation Technique
Sit or lie comfortably and close your eyes. Take 10 slow deep breaths in for 6, hold for 3 and out for 6
As you are breathing out say to yourself RELAX, RELAX repeat until you feel the tension reducing
This is useful if you can feel your tension levels rising at work or in the family and can't stop to do a full relaxation.
